USDA certified organic, fairly traded, single origin, pure Arabica coffee, produced and harvested artisianally by the small organic producers in the Turrialba region dominated by volcanic soil, located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica.  Sun-dried and roasted in a "micro-beneficio" (small processing center), this premium coffee is simply smooth- very low acidity, and is characterized by its aromas of sugarcane and chocolate.
